In response to the escalating threat of cyberattacks, Charles introduced Hacker Blocker in 2016, a pioneering cybersecurity solution initially designed to safeguard his clientele. This software has since evolved to adapt to the dynamic cyber threat landscape and is now trusted by organizations across the nation.
Today, Charles serves as the CEO of Hacker Blocker, leading a dynamic team of software developers, executives, and sales professionals to continually enhance the capabilities and outreach of the platform. Charlie firmly believes that this mission to protect our nation from cybercriminals is his true calling, a culmination of his life's experiences and endeavors.
Luke Evans
Luke Evans brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. With a solid background in Operations Management, Luke has honed his skills through years of leadership in diverse environments.
A seasoned professional, Luke has been an integral part of the Hacker Blocker Project for an extended period, affording him an in-depth knowledge of the Hacker Blocker product. His commitment to cybersecurity and dedication to staying at the forefront of industry developments have made him a trusted authority in the field.
In his role as COO, Luke harnesses his exceptional interpersonal skills to drive day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless workflow within the organization. His adaptability and strategic thinking, cultivated from managing teams across various settings, make him a versatile and effective leader.
Linda St Claire
Linda specializes in talent acquisition, team growth, client software training, and software account management. Her meticulous approach ensures robust client relations and comprehensive software account maintenance.
Linda St Claire boasts a remarkable 21-year career in broadcast and digital media at WMUR-TV (Hearst Television). As a Senior Account Executive, she's garnered a reputation for innovation and excellence in her duties , which include securing new accounts, devising impactful client solutions, and executing successful vertical integration campaigns. Notably she earned the prestigious Eagle Award, as the station’s top sales executive and a standout among Hearst Television’s finest.
In her role as Political Advertising Specialist, Linda pioneered the development of the station's account tracking, management, and monitoring system. This system, designed to meet the FCC's stringent requirements for accurate public record-keeping, swiftly became the companywide standard.
Our Sales Team
Mark Whitman
Mark Whitman has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development roles at companies like ViaSat and L-3 Communications in satellite and telecommunications industries, targeting both international and domestic customers in commercial and government markets.
Prior to L-3 Communications, he was the Telecommunications Department Operations Manager chartered to provide critical communications operations at the Department of Energy’s Rock Flats Environmental Technology Site.
Fred Shaw
Fred Shaw has more than 35 years of successful sales and business development experience, selling a wide array of technology solutions including cloud computing, computer and networking hardware, & software and professional services to the government and commercial markets.
Mr. Shaw is an expert in developing strategic new markets, and maintaining both executive level customer and business partner relationships.
Martin Meehan
For more than 25 years, Mr. Meehan has been involved in helping technology and other private industry companies grasp federal contracting as they diversify their marketplace. He is a recognized leader in federal market intelligence with an in-depth knowledge of the federal landscape. His analysis is in demand by government CIOs, federal contractors, investment banking firms, and venture capitalists.
The Information Technology industry has recognized Marty for his career accomplishments. He is frequently listened in and holds active memberships in IAC and AFCEA. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and also attended Vermont Law School. He is an active member in many professional and charitable organizations, holding numerous board positions.
Michael H
With nearly a decade of experience in the government and information technology sectors, specializing in project management and market analysis and possessing experience across multiple disciplines such as research, consulting, market intelligence, and marketing, Mike possesses a diverse array of valuable skills that have helped improve and refine customer’s understanding of the Federal market to aide in branding and strategy initiatives to help accelerate earnings for a variety of private organizations operating in the Government sector.
He has contributed to the strategic development of organizations of all sizes; from growing start-ups to successful businesses by utilizing in depth market intelligence and strategic recommendations to help refine the positioning of organizations through increased knowledge and understanding of the area they are operating in.
